The law
Article 2086 of the Italian Civil Code requires companies to have organisational, administrative and accounting structures able to detect a crisis in time. Directors are accountable for them.
Your company, alive: every day, on your phone. Sinapsi tells you where you are heading, warns you before things happen and proposes your next moves. It is artificial intelligence for everyone, your business included. Its name is Calypso.
It opens on your phone, even from WhatsApp, with no account. The company and its numbers are fictional.
Hi, I’m Calypso, Sinapsi’s artificial intelligence. Let me show you around.
The financial statements are read months after year-end, cash sits in online banking, contracts in the offices, credit data in a drawer until the bank calls. Meanwhile, decisions are made by sight.
Without up-to-date numbers, decisions are made by sight. I reread them every night.
Article 2086 of the Italian Civil Code requires companies to have organisational, administrative and accounting structures able to detect a crisis in time. Directors are accountable for them.
The cost and availability of credit depend on what the bank reads: the Central Credit Register, CRIF, Cerved, financial statements, collection times.
Social security and tax compliance, legality rating, sound accounts and, more and more often, sustainability data decide who works with the public sector and with large groups.
of revenue comes back as cash by collecting ten days earlier: on €2 million that is about €55,000. Sinapsi shows you every day where yours gets stuck.
A platform that collects numbers shows you the past. Sinapsi looks ahead: every night Calypso, its artificial intelligence, rereads your company, estimates where you will close, warns you before things happen and proposes your moves, with what they are worth. The Celebron team checks and signs every proposal; the decisions remain yours.
Every night I look ahead for you. The decisions remain yours.
Where you close the month, the quarter and the year: revenue, margin, profit and cash, with the range and the probability.
“At this pace you close the year at €2.75 million: range 2.71 to 2.78.”
The next three months, one by one: what you invoice, what you keep, cash at month-end and how much of the credit line you will use.
“At the end of November invoice advances reach 73% of the line.”
Early warnings: cash getting tight, a customer paying later and later, a contract expiring, a cost rising, a deadline not to miss. With the date, the amount and the probability.
“In 80 days the contract worth 14% of revenue expires.”
The moves to make, born from our assessments and from the strategies Calypso compares. Each one says what it is worth, by when, how reliable it is and who on the team signed it. You accept it, or we talk it over.
“Pay the Christmas stock at 90 days instead of 60: −€78k on the credit line peak.”
These are estimates, not guarantees: Calypso redoes them every night with the new data and tells you how reliable they are. This is where “your AI company” becomes real.
See Vedi prima in the demo dashboardCalypso is the raspberry tower with a crown of battlements: Sinapsi’s artificial intelligence, always introduced as such. It reads your company’s documents, puts them in order, estimates where you will close and warns you when something moves. It does not decide, pay or sign for you: behind it are the people of the Celebron team.
It greets you with what changed overnight: the documents it read, the most urgent warning, the state of your tower.
“I read three new documents and updated the day book.”
It reads it as soon as you upload it or email it; then the Celebron team checks it.
“I am reading the injunction: I will give you the deadlines in a moment.”
It raises its hand: every warning says what is happening, who is handling it and what to do.
“The DURC expires in ten days: the team has already requested the renewal.”
It answers about your numbers and takes you to the right place in the dashboard. If a person is needed, it passes the question to the team.
“The invoices to chase are listed oldest first.”
Each floor is a part of your company with its data in order: the foundations of the starting documents, then day book, accounts and cash, financial statements, creditworthiness and, at the top, the battlements of the sustainability profile. When a data flow stops a crack appears, and Calypso proposes the missions to close it.
It is not a rating and gives no prizes: the tower only shows how complete and up to date your data are, and it stays in your dashboard. If you prefer, quiet mode switches it off.
Try the tower in the demo (in Italian)Sinapsi builds a virtual company, a living copy of yours. Six data flows, the ones your company already produces, reach the dashboard every day. Calypso, Sinapsi’s artificial intelligence, reads them, links them, does the maths, predicts where you are going and proposes your moves. The Celebron team checks and signs. You look at the result wherever and whenever you like.
I read the documents your company already produces. No new software to learn.
One email and a code. When you start you receive your client code. For every new document write to sinapsi@celebron.it with the code in the subject line, and attach the files or write the requested report: Calypso recognises the company, files, reads and updates the dashboard. Only emails sent from the addresses you authorise count.
Why “Sinapsi”. Celebron is the brain that reasons; synapses (sinapsi, in Italian) are the connections that carry signals from every part of the body to the mind that decides. Sinapsi connects every part of your company to whoever leads it.
Why “your AI company”. Sinapsi means artificial intelligence for everyone, including the company with one or two million in revenue. Calypso reads and connects, Celebron people check, the decisions remain yours.
One panel per topic, always in its place. Every number carries its source, so you know where it comes from; figures not yet validated by the accountant are marked as provisional.
Every number carries its source. Just ask me where it comes from.
Six numbers: revenue, profit, people, contracts, inventory, collection days. The state of the company in ten seconds.
Where you close the month, quarter and year, the numbers of the next three months, early warnings and proposals signed by the team.
Invoices issued and received, collections and payments matched, receivables and payables schedule. Every month to your accountant.
Revenue and profit by year, EBITDA, bank debt over EBITDA: the same indicators your bank uses.
In two formats: Fourth Directive and reclassified for the bank, with the ratios the bank looks at.
Trade receivables, payables, liquidity and collection days: where cash gets stuck and what collecting earlier is worth.
Central Credit Register, CRIF, Cerved, DURC, tax collection and legality rating: how the bank sees you, always in view.
Injunctions, writs, tax notices: Calypso reads them, works out the deadlines, weighs them and proposes a line, which a qualified professional signs.
Contract register, fees, statuses and deadlines. No missed deadline, no forgotten fee.
The year’s CO2, from utility bills and fuel, and the ESG indicators of the European standard for SMEs.
Next year’s scenarios and the working capital to finance: decide on growth knowing what it costs.
Tasks for people, end-of-day reports, reminders: the company moves even when you are away.
It is the panel the bank would look at first, which is why it is always in view. Your company requests the data and entrusts it to Sinapsi: Calypso reads it, puts it in order and flags what changes.
I read the Centrale Rischi and CRIF reports as soon as they arrive. If anything changes, I tell you.
Credit lines granted and used, guarantees, overdrafts, bad debts. The Bank of Italy sends it free every month to the company’s certified email (PEC), once the legal representative activates the service with SPID or CNS.
Every monthPayment history and reliability in credit information systems.
Every quarterRatings and indicators of the company’s economic and financial strength.
Every quarterSocial security compliance with INPS and INAIL, with the expiry date always in front of you.
Before each expiryTax bills and debts handed over for collection, with instalments and deadlines.
Every quarterThe score from the Italian Competition Authority that weighs on credit, public funding and tenders. It lasts three years.
When the requirements are metSinapsi is not a credit intermediary: it does not arrange financing and Celebron receives no fees linked to it. It helps you do something simpler: go to the bank with your numbers, in order, each with its source.
Banks and large customers ask more and more often for ESG data: environment, people, governance. Sinapsi prepares it while working on everything else, without asking you for anything more.
I calculate CO2 from your energy bills and fuel invoices. I don’t ask you for anything more.
From electricity and gas bills and fuel invoices Calypso reads kWh, cubic metres and litres and calculates tonnes of CO2, with official Italian factors and the international GHG Protocol method.
Environment, Social, Governance, according to the voluntary European standard for SMEs (VSME), recommended by the European Commission in 2025.
When the bank or a large customer sends the ESG questionnaire, the answers are already in order, each with its source.
The ESG profile gathers your company’s data and indicators, with no scores or judgements: it is not a rating.
Sinapsi matches every collection and every payment to its invoice, keeps the schedule and derives the financial statements in the two formats you need: the Fourth Directive one, that is the Civil Code format, and the reclassified one the bank asks for. And every day it tells you where you will close.
Every month I prepare the day book for your accountant.
Invoices issued and received through the national e-invoicing system (SdI) and bank movements: Calypso matches collections and payments, the Sinapsi team checks them. Every month the day book goes to your accountant, ready to import.
Balance sheet and income statement under the Civil Code and reclassified as the bank reads them, with net financial position, EBITDA, debt coverage and collection days. Every quarter with Sinapsi Completa; final at year-end, closed with the accountant, with Sinapsi Pro.
At this pace, where the quarter, half-year and year close: revenue, margin, profit and cash, with the range between minimum and maximum. Calypso updates the estimate with every invoice and every bank movement.
The statutory financial statements to be filed, the official accounts and tax compliance remain with the director and the accountant: Sinapsi works with them. Projections are estimates, not promises.
The dashboard opens on your phone and computer with your personal code, even from WhatsApp. And soon from the Sinapsi app too.
Good morning. Last night I read 14 documents: the day book is up to date.
Payment injunctions, writs, notices and tax bills from the Italian Revenue Agency, official reports: you send them to Sinapsi with an email and your code. Calypso reads them, works out the deadlines, weighs what they could cost and always proposes a line. A qualified professional assesses and signs it; you decide.
I read every legal document and work out the deadlines. A qualified professional signs off the line.
Who does what. Sinapsi does not replace the lawyer or the accountant and does not defend in court: legal advice and defence remain with qualified professionals, with their own fees. Criminal proceedings stay out of the folder.
A fixed-price activation, then a monthly fee that covers the platform and the team’s work. The same prices for every company, designed for revenues of €1 to €5 million.
The same prices for every company. The monthly fee also covers the team’s hours.
Document archive and coding, data flows, opening of the day book, first dashboard, Central Credit Register to your certified email, training for your people.
Vedi prima with forecasts, warnings and proposals, overview, accounts, cash, day book with matched collections and payments, creditworthiness, litigation folder, CO2, month-end close.
Everything in Essenziale, plus contracts, Monday check, people report, ESG sustainability profile, quarterly financial statements in both formats and a monthly meeting.
Everything in Completa, plus final year-end financial statements, the quarterly package for the bank, the course with scenarios and the annual budget.
The fee is paid every month by automatic charge. The default is SEPA Direct Debit from the company’s account; alternatively a credit, debit or prepaid card on the main networks, PostePay included, Apple Pay or Google Pay from your phone, PayPal or Satispay. Card numbers never pass through Celebron: an authorised payment institution keeps them.
If a charge fails we tell you straight away and try again. After 7 days the dashboard can still be viewed but no longer updates; after 15, with notice by certified email, the service is suspended until payment and then reactivates on its own. Your data remain yours and you can always download them.
Prices exclude VAT. Every fee includes the platform licence and a set number of service hours: 16 hours for Essenziale, 24 for Completa, 33 for Pro. Extra hours are invoiced at Sinapsi rates, only with your written authorisation. Fees run for twelve months. An example: a €2 million company on Sinapsi Completa spends €13,216 in the first year, about €1,101 a month including activation. The fees of the professionals who sign the litigation lines are not included: you agree them directly.
The rules apply to me too: I always say that I am an artificial intelligence.
It does not replace your accounting or the programs you already use: it reads what they produce.
It prepares an orderly day book for them and works with them: tax and the statements to be filed remain theirs.
It prepares the documents for the bank, but does not arrange financing.
The litigation folder reads the documents, weighs the risks and proposes a line; the qualified professional who assists and defends you assesses and signs it.
Calypso makes forecasts and proposals; the Celebron team signs every proposal and the decision remains yours. Forecasts are estimates, with their range.
The ESG profile and creditworthiness are your company’s data and indicators, with no scores or judgements from Sinapsi: they remain yours. Calypso’s tower is not a score either: it only shows how complete your data are.
Can’t find your question? Write to info@celebron.it: a person will answer.
Sinapsi does not replace the accountant: it uses their documents, starting from the interim accounts and financial statements, and puts them in view every day next to cash, contracts and creditworthiness. The accountant remains your reference for accounting, financial statements and tax.
Not to get started. The dashboard is a private page that opens on your phone and computer, even from a link sent on WhatsApp. The first time you type your personal code, then your phone opens it by itself. The Sinapsi app is coming, with real-time alerts.
Celebron processes the data on behalf of your company as data processor, under a written agreement pursuant to Article 28 of the GDPR, and manages, controls and safeguards it on protected servers of an official cloud partner in the European Union. The dashboard content is encrypted and only the people you choose see it, each with their own code: you add them from the profile in the app, choose what each one sees and for how long, and remove access with one tap. In the dashboard, employee data appears only as totals.
Sinapsi’s artificial intelligence, with a name and a figure: a raspberry tower with a crown of battlements. In the app it greets you, reads the documents you send, warns you and answers questions about your numbers. It always says it is an artificial intelligence and, when a question needs a person, passes it to the Celebron team. If you prefer, in quiet mode it speaks only for warnings and answers.
No. Calypso, Sinapsi’s artificial intelligence, reads and connects documents, makes forecasts and prepares the Vedi prima proposals; every proposal that reaches you carries the signature of the person on the Celebron team who checked it, and the decisions remain yours. Calypso analyses the company’s data for the company itself and does not assess individuals.
No. The tower shows how complete and up to date the data are: a finished floor means that data is in order, a crack that a data flow has stopped. It is not a rating, it does not go to the bank and it gives no prizes or advantages.
Sinapsi keeps a management day book: invoices and payments matched, payment schedule, monthly entries, which pass to your accountant every month ready to import. From there we prepare the financial statements in both formats, Fourth Directive and reclassified for the bank. The official accounts, tax compliance and the statements to be filed remain with your accountant.
With the months already closed, past seasonality, current contracts and expected collections: Calypso, Sinapsi’s artificial intelligence, redoes the estimate every night, with the day’s invoices and bank movements. We always give you a range between minimum and maximum and how reliable it is: it is a projection, not a promise.
With an email to sinapsi@celebron.it: your client code in the subject and the documents attached, or the requested report in the body. Your accountant and your payroll consultant can write too, with the same code. Sinapsi accepts only emails sent from the addresses you have authorised: the others are held until the team checks them.
Calypso reads it, works out the deadline to oppose it and warns you before it expires, weighs what it could cost in the different cases and proposes a line: pay, negotiate or oppose, with the numbers of each path. A lawyer, under agreement with Celebron or of your choosing, assesses and signs the line and actually assists you; the decision is yours. The same applies to documents from the Italian Revenue Agency, with the accountant or tax adviser.
No, and we say so clearly. Credit brokerage is a reserved activity and Celebron does not carry it out: it does not arrange financing and receives no fees linked to it. Sinapsi helps you go to the bank with your numbers; the decision remains the bank’s.
Yes, in fact it is designed above all for companies with revenues of €1 to €5 million. Article 2086 requires structures suited to the nature and size of the business, so a small company too. You start with a €700 activation and a fee from €693 a month, excluding VAT.
By automatic monthly charge: SEPA Direct Debit from the company’s account by default, or card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal or Satispay. If a charge fails we tell you straight away, also through Calypso in the app, and try again. After 7 days the dashboard can still be viewed but no longer updates; after 15, with notice by certified email, the service is suspended until payment arrives, and then it reactivates on its own. Your data remain yours and you can always download them.
From the electricity and gas bills and fuel invoices that already arrive: Calypso reads kWh, cubic metres and litres and multiplies them by the official factors, for electricity the one published by ISPRA. These are direct emissions and those from purchased energy, under the GHG Protocol. The ESG profile gathers data and indicators, with no scores or judgements: it is not a rating.
The data remain yours, as do your relationships with banks, customers and professionals: we hand them back free of charge in a reusable format and then delete them within sixty days. We keep only what the law requires us to retain, such as the anti-money-laundering due diligence records, for ten years. The fee runs for twelve months and renews year by year, unless cancelled in writing with sixty days’ notice.
Yes, right away: the demo dashboard shows a fictional company and opens on your phone, even from WhatsApp, with no account (the demo is in Italian). If you like it, with activation in 30 days you have your real company in the dashboard.
Write to us: we will show you the dashboard live and, with activation, in 30 days your company is on your phone. Our address is info@celebron.it
See you in the demo dashboard: it opens on your phone, no account needed.
