1Who runs the site

Celebron carries out professional activity under Italian Law no. 4 of 14 January 2013, which is not reserved to members of professional bodies. Sinapsi by Celebron is a service of Celebron S.r.l.

2What these terms cover

These terms apply to anyone who consults celebron.it. By using the site you accept them; if you do not, please do not use it. The Sinapsi service is governed by the Sinapsi Terms of Service and by the contract signed with each client; consulting engagements by their own written contracts.

3Information, not advice

The content of the site is general information about Celebron’s activities. It is not professional, financial, legal, tax or investment advice and does not take account of the reader’s situation.

Celebron is not a credit intermediary or financial agent (Italian Legislative Decree no. 385 of 1 September 1993) nor an investment firm (Italian Legislative Decree no. 58 of 24 February 1998): it does not arrange financing and receives no fees linked to it. Celebron is not a law firm: legal advice connected with litigation and defence in court are for lawyers.

4Demo dashboard and examples

The demo dashboard describes a fictional company, «La Tua Azienda S.r.l.». Numbers, forecasts, proposals, deadlines and litigation cases are invented to show how Sinapsi works: any resemblance to real companies or people is coincidental, and they are not forecasts for your business. Dates update automatically according to the day it is opened. Calypso, who guides visitors through the demo, is Sinapsi’s artificial intelligence: here its answers are prepared in advance and do not read real data.

Prices shown on the site exclude VAT and apply at the date of publication; the binding prices are those in the contract.

5Content made with artificial intelligence

Some content on the site, such as the demo dashboard, the simulated forecasts and part of the texts and illustrations, is produced with the help of artificial intelligence systems and reviewed by the Celebron team. We say so for transparency, in line with Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 and Italian Law no. 132 of 23 September 2025. 6Intellectual property and trademarks

Texts, graphics, layout, images, code, logos and the «Celebron» and «Sinapsi by Celebron» signs belong to Celebron or their respective owners and are protected by Italian copyright law (Law no. 633 of 22 April 1941) and the Italian Industrial Property Code (Legislative Decree no. 30 of 10 February 2005). You may consult them and share links to them; any other reproduction, modification or commercial use requires Celebron’s written consent.

Third-party trademarks mentioned, including those of clients, partners and projects, belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe Celebron’s activities.

7Proper use of the site

• Do not attempt to access restricted areas or circumvent security measures.
• Do not use automated programs to copy content in bulk.
• Do not upload or transmit malicious code.
• Do not use the site for unlawful purposes.

8Liability

We take care of the site, but we cannot guarantee that it is always available, error-free or up to date in every detail. To the extent permitted by law, and except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, Celebron is not liable for damage arising from use of the site or reliance on its information. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience: Celebron does not control their content and is not responsible for it.

9Messages and engagements

Writing to us through the site, by email or on LinkedIn does not create a professional engagement. Every engagement requires a written contract setting out its scope, duration, fees and responsibilities.

Celebron keeps client names, strategies and ongoing transactions confidential, unless the client authorises otherwise in writing.

10Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. The Court of Bergamo has jurisdiction over any dispute concerning use of the site, without prejudice to the consumer’s court where the law so provides.

11Languages and changes

The site is published in Italian, English and Chinese; in case of differences the Italian text prevails. We may change these terms: the version in force is the one published, with the date at the top.
