Fee Schedule
Celebron makes its Fee Schedule of 8 October 2026 public. Full transparency on fees, on the method for valuing time and on how value is determined: Celebron’s fees are set at 50% of the lowest fees charged by the major consulting firms, as an objective and defensible benchmark towards clients and towards any third-party review.
In force since 8 October 2026 · Annexed to client contracts · Replaces the price list of 7 October 2026 · Translation for convenience: the Italian text prevails
1Rationale of the price list
This Fee Schedule, adopted on 8 October 2026, is the official and binding price list of the consulting fees of Celebron S.r.l. It replaces any previous price list, in particular that of 7 October 2026.
The price list follows a principle of transparency and defensibility: Celebron’s fees are set at 50% of the lowest hourly rate charged by the major international strategy consulting firms. For reference, the lowest hourly rate published by Deloitte is € 419/hour: the Celebron price list sits exactly at half of that threshold in the highest band.
The price list is annexed to client contracts and forms an integral part of the economic terms of the mandate.
2Hourly bands
Celebron’s consulting services are organised into three bands according to seniority and the complexity of the work:
| Band | Profile | Base hourly rate |
|---|---|---|
| A | Senior Partner / Chief AdvisorStrategic direction, signing of the mandate, top-level dialogue | € 210 |
| B | Advisor / Senior ManagerExecution of the mandate, analysis, drafting, coordination | € 140 |
| C | Analyst / Operational supportResearch, data processing, document support | € 84 |
3Coefficients by client category
A multiplier is applied to the base rates according to the client category, determined by Celebron on the basis of the complexity, risk and relevance of the work:
| Client category | Coefficient | Examples |
|---|---|---|
| I | × 1.20 | Large groups, high-risk or reputationally sensitive transactions, mandates with significant institutional exposure |
| II | × 1.00 | Medium-sized companies, standard strategic advisory, M&A, ESG and transformation mandates |
| III | × 0.80 | SMEs, start-ups, third-sector organisations, initiatives of social or local value |
4Applied rates — full matrix
Applying the coefficients produces the following full hourly rate matrix (in euro, excluding VAT):
| Category | Band A | Band B | Band C |
|---|---|---|---|
| I (× 1.20) | € 252.00 | € 168.00 | € 100.80 |
| II (× 1.00) | € 210.00 | € 140.00 | € 84.00 |
| III (× 0.80) | € 168.00 | € 112.00 | € 67.20 |
5Method for valuing time
Time valued for fee purposes includes every activity actually devoted to the mandate, directly or indirectly, by Celebron’s professionals. The measurement includes:
- meetings with the client, counterparties and stakeholders (in person, by phone, by videoconference);
- analysis, document preparation, drafting of memos, reports, resolutions, legal memoranda;
- research, due diligence, regulatory and market checks;
- internal coordination, briefing and debriefing of the team in charge;
- institutional and technical discussions with public and private bodies;
- structured strategic thinking devoted to the mandate (deep work), recorded in the professional’s time log;
- travel functional to the mandate (travel time is valued at 100% unless otherwise agreed in writing).
6Determining the client category
The client category is determined by Celebron when the engagement is accepted, on the basis of the following parameters:
- the client’s economic size (turnover, total assets, number of employees);
- the nature of the mandate (ordinary, extraordinary, complex, high-risk);
- reputational and institutional exposure;
- social, local or public-interest impact;
- the presence of public or regulated counterparties.
The category assigned is stated in the consulting contract and is explicit in quotes.
7Invoicing and payment terms
Invoicing is monthly, unless otherwise agreed in the contract. Each invoice comes with a summary statement of the hours devoted, by band and by line of activity. The standard payment term is 30 days from the invoice date. Failure to pay when due entitles Celebron to late-payment interest under Legislative Decree 231/2002 and to suspend the mandate.
8Alternatives to the price list
In the contract, Celebron may propose alternatives to time & material, in particular:
- fixed monthly fee (monthly retainer) for ongoing mandates;
- success fee conditional on achieving measurable results;
- mixed mandate, fixed plus variable, for extraordinary transactions (M&A, PPP, capital markets).
In all cases, the hourly price list remains the basic reference for assessing the economic fairness of the alternatives.
9Transparency and public precedent
This price list is published in full on the official website celebron.it as a public reference and objective precedent. Celebron considers that publishing its price list is a guarantee of fairness towards clients, the Italian Revenue Agency, the judiciary and any other third party that needs to assess the economic fairness of the services provided.
Note. This Fee Schedule of 8 October 2026 replaces any previous price list. In particular, the price list of 7 October 2026 (A € 300, B € 200, C € 120) is superseded. The change reflects the principle of defensibility towards third-party reviews: the new price list is explicitly anchored at 50% of the lowest rate among the major consulting firms.
10Validity and updates
This Fee Schedule is effective from 8 October 2026 and remains valid until it is updated. Celebron reserves the right to review the price list in line with trends in the reference rates of the top-tier consulting market, inflation and any regulatory changes. Revisions will be published on this page.
